 The Vancouver Island Raiders are proud to announce the addition of Warren McCarty as "Senior Football Consultant". Warren has worked in professional football for a number of years including coaching, scouting, and team management for many NFL, CFL, and Arena League teams. Warrens expertise brings the VI Raiders support with personnel development & decisions, Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator development, game planning, practice planning and more. With huge strides in 2024, The Raiders are laser focused on the 2025 season and beyond.

Warren McCarty BIO 

At the conclusion of his playing career, Warren McCarty spent 11 years in pro football in various roles including coaching, scouting, team management, and consulting with multiple NFL, CFL, and Arena League organizations. He left pro football in 2008 to work for ESPN as a talk show host and analyst, and simultaneously launched Warrior Football Consulting, Warrior QB Training, Warrior Recruiting, and Warrior Coaching Management. McCarty has served as a Color Analyst on ESPN, CBS, and Fox Sports broadcasts. He currently represents 21 NFL and NCAA Coaches as well as Media Talent. He trains Quarterbacks at the NFL, CFL, UFL, and NCAA Division 1 level down to the high school level. McCarty has helped place 550 young men on scholarship, 8 of whom have gone on to become starters in the NFL. He consults for multiple FBS and FCS Athletic Directors and Head Football Coaches.
